- Coolant level was overfilled. No leaks found at this time. Cleaned area, adjusted coolant level and will monitor. Light is not returning at this time. Overfilling system can cause it to over pressurize and leak out of cap. Can also introduce air pockets into system. Cap may be damaged, but will need to monitor.
- Confirmed prior diagnosis. Replaced #8 fuel injector, cleared faults, reset adaptations. Fault did not return during test drives and vehicle is no longer misfiring.
- Replaced and rechecked.
- Minor oil leak at oil filter extension housing seal – recommend replacing with next oil change due to labor overlap
