    • Front and rear brakes at 9 MIL Tire tread: 7/32 Replaced air filter in addition to the service replaced right front side marker bulbs When servicing rear differential, notice some metal shavings in fluid. There is some whining noise coming from rear differential. Stored fault in system for catalytic efficiency Bank 1.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.     • VEHICLE INTERIOR Reset the service interval indicator Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems; check wiper blades Replace the pollen filter VEHICLE EXTERIOR Anticorrosion check Check door locks; lube door checks, hood latch & fuel flap ENGINE COMPARTMENT Inspect serpentine drive belts Check and top-up brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid Change brake fluid (3 years) Check coolant level and freeze protection level UNDER VEHICLE Change oil and replace filter Inspect for brake pad wear, caliper leaks and disc condition Check tire pressures are set to recommended levels Check tires for damage and tread depth Check adjustment of electric park brake Lubricate wheel centers Inspect for under vehicle fluid leaks Check exhaust system for leaks or damage Check torque of tie rod ends; tighten to 7 Nm Inspect flexible brake hoses Change transfer case gear box oil Change front and rear axle oil Change locking differential oil REMEDIAL WORK If fault lamps are illuminated, use IDS to find the faults and report ROAD TEST Select Low range, move vehicle 60 ft. and select High Road test vehicle Record performance of service in Passport To Service

    • Diagnosed and found hood alarm switch has failed. Replaced hood alarm switch.
    • No stored faults in vehicle. Reset tires to correct PSI. On final test drive fault came back on dash. Rechecked faults, but no faults stored in system. Will need additional time to diagnose.
    • Replaced failing battery.
    • Replaced front and rear brake pads, rotors and sensors. Cleaned and lubed hardware. Test drove vehicle after repairs. Test drove vehicle after replacement.

    • Will need to replace the left front crash sensor to fix.. Replaced the left front crash sensor. Cleared all the fault codes. Rechecked all okay.

    • Removed the trim and replaced the necessary clips.
    • Found the left front brake sensor was damaged. Replaced the sensor and rechecked. Now the fault is gone.

    • Cleaned and lubed latch. Tailgate now operating.
    • Both rear lamp assemblies are cracked and allowing moisture inside. The moisture is causing corrosion on connectors. Will need to replace assemblies which come with new connectors and sockets.
    • Replaced leaking throttle body heater plate and gasket.
    • Replaced failed oil cooler orings.
    • Right rear hub has failed and leaking fluid onto brake pads.

    • Performed transmission service. Replaced transmission pan/filter, electronic sleeve, gasket and fluid.
    • Timing chains are noisy. Mainly from right side.

    • Replaced license plate bulb. Low coolant indicator is on due to failed sensor. TPMS fault on. Fault for spare tire and left front sensor. Aired all tires to correct PSI. Vehicle might need need module due to spare tire fault. Shop can turn off system if customer opts to disable system.
