Noticed all vents closed upon arrival. If fan is turned on all the way and vents are closed, can hear a whistling noise. With vents open and allowing air flow, noise is no longer present when fan on high with AC on.
Found fuse 47 missing for sunroof. Replaced and rechecked. Sunroof mechanism is jammed up. Would need to replace both components to rectify.

Front brakes: 6MIL Rear brakes: 3MIL Tire Tread: 6-5/32 Battery and alternator: Battery is failing a load test. 650/850CCA. Recommend replacing soon. Alternator is testing well. Coolant protection level: -60 degrees, no leaks Belts/hoses: Good Filters/fluids: Pollen and air filters clean. Tcase, front differential and brake fluid all full and clean. Removed cost from service. Only rear differential required service at this time. Wipers/lights: Good Suspension components: All components tight and not showing any signs of cracking or play. Other: No concerning fault codes stored. No faults present on dash. Vehicle drives well.

Gas cap is missing, causing an EVAP leak. Customer found her original gas cap, but we ordered her a second one. Original cap is in glove box. Installed new cap which comes with string attachment so she doesn't lose it.
Found passenger side valve cover gasket leaking. Will need to replace.
Replaced leaking valve cover gasket. While in area, found leaking injector seals. Replaced with new seal kits. Test drove.

Fault returned for same oxygen sensor. Attempted to replace. When technician got into area, found that sensor connector is specialty blue connector. Part ordered is incorrect and will need to reorder part.
Trunk and tailgate open with key and interior switch, but not with exterior switch. Will need to replace to rectify.
