customer said he did mess around with the cables + terminals and it seems to have helped, but just wants to make sure nothing else is going on. Battery and alternator testing well. CCAs are slightly low, but vehicle is holding charge and starting fine. No corrosion present on terminals or connectors. No stored faults.
Have not seen vehicle in over 2 years. Check lube sticker.

USE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED OIL AND FILTER. HE ALSO HAS PROVIDED A DRAIN PLUG IF NEEDED
VEHICLE INTERIOR Reset the service interval indicator Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems. Check blades. Check parking brake system. Replace the pollen filter Check condition and security of seats and seat belts VEHICLE EXTERIOR Anticorrosion check Check door locks, hood latch and fuel flap. Lube door checks. ENGINE COMPARTMENT Check battery condition, top- up electrolyte if required. Inspect serpentine drive belts. Front brakes: 10MIL Rear brakes: 8MIL Tire tread: 8-7/32 Charging system: Battery and alternator testing well Belts/hoses: In good condition Filters/fluids: Replaced filters. Serviced 4×4 fluids and haldex fluid. Rear diff fluid is VERY thick, dark, and smells burnt. metal particulate present. Rear differential is failing. New fluid will help for awhile, but eventually will accumulate metal again. Wipers/lights: In good condition Suspension components: In good condition Other: SRS fault present due to failing occupancy classification system module. Installed key cover kit. Check for leaks: NA Test drive Attach fault codes

Rear left caliper is seized – rear brakes are metal on metal.
Right valave cover gasket leaking – recommend replacing. Oil is dripping onto alternator. Right front diff axle tube leaking with front diff pinion seal – will monitor. Drive belt is squeaking – no cracks, will monitor. CEL present for DMTL pump – same as before.

TOWED INTO SHOP
Faults stored relating to compressor – pressure increasing too slow when filling reservoir. Confirmed EAS compressor has failed. Stored faults also present for air supply, which could relate to leaking struts, but could just be erroneous from failing compressor. Will need to recheck after.
Replaced compressor, calibrated and test drove. Suspension fault did not return and suspension is functioning normally.
