- INSPECT BATTERY – Check battery condition, fill electrolyte, clean terminals INSPECT BRAKE SYSTEM- Inspect for brake pad wear, caliper leaks and disc condition INSPECT COOLANT – Check engine coolant level and freeze protection level INSPECT DRIVE BELTS INSPECT FLUID & LUBRICANT LEVELS – Check and top up brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid INSPECT FLUIDS – Check for fluid or air leaks INSPECT HOSES – Check brake, fuel lines, PAS hoses and unions for correct routing and damage INSPECT PARKING BRAKE – Check adjustment of electronic parking brake INSPECT SEAT BELTS – Check condition and security of seats and seat belts INSPECT SUSPENSION SYSTEM – Check condition, operation of suspension and steering components, boots, and drive axles INSPECT TIRES – Check tire pressure, damage and tread depth WARNING SYSTEM OPERATION – Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn WINDSHIELD WIPER & WASHER SYSTEMS – Check operation of both front and rear wiper washer system. Add fluid if necessary. POLLEN FILTER – Replace ENGINE OIL – REPLACE ENGINE OIL FILTER – REPLACE SPARK PLUGS – REPLACE LUBRICATE DOOR SEALS – Lubricate top edge door seals LUBRICATE WHEEL CENTERS SERVICE INTERVAL INDICATOR/DISPLAY – Reset Service Indicator at every service ROAD-TEST Conduct road test; select LOW range gears and drive the vehicle 3-4 vehicle lengths, then reselect HIGH range gears.
