Noise is rumbling up from front end. Skid plate was making noise – adjusted. Front lower rearward facing control arms are also squeaking due to cracked bushings. Bearings inside CV joints are lubricated now and not making noise. Would need to replace control arms.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Found water pump gasket and outlet hose orings leaking. Replaced, along with one time use tube and seal.
Front lower rearward control arm bushings are worn.
Damage to intake temp sensor wire. Repaired with overlay. All other components and wires look good.
Could not duplicate, but noticed belts are cracked. May be causing intermittent squealing. Also, there are a lot of items in drivers door panel rattling around.

Outlet hoses are not updated Filters/fluids (CHECK FOR LEAKS): Air and pollen filters are dirty, recommend replacing. Differential fluids are dirty. Tcase fluid is dirty. Tcase has seepage, but also looks recently resealed, so may just be messy from that. Suspension components: Lower front control arm bushings are cracking, boots are torn, front ace bar bushings are worn. Drivability: Rattling noise present in rear of vehicle and whining noise around 40-60MPH – would need additional time to diagnose. Transfer case is vibrating, which could indicate it is on it's way out. Exterior: Dent of LR door, emblems faded, wheels have been curbed, scratch on front bumper Interior: In good condition

customer said he did mess around with the cables + terminals and it seems to have helped, but just wants to make sure nothing else is going on. Battery and alternator testing well. CCAs are slightly low, but vehicle is holding charge and starting fine. No corrosion present on terminals or connectors. No stored faults.
Have not seen vehicle in over 2 years. Check lube sticker.
