    • C1130-7A fault present for air spring air supply leak or failure. Confirmed leak is present in front right strut. Would need to replace and recheck to rectify. Front left height sensor is also faulting out due to it being out of range when the suspension falls.
    • Replaced and rechecked. No secondary leaks present at this time.
    • Voltage faults present. Battery is failing a load test and will need to be replaced soon. Front tires are wearing unevenly and right tire is bald on the outside.

    • VEHICLE INTERIOR Reset the service interval indicator Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems; check wiper blades Replace the pollen filter VEHICLE EXTERIOR Anticorrosion check Check door locks; lube door checks, hood latch & fuel flap ENGINE COMPARTMENT Inspect serpentine drive belts Check and top-up brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid Change brake fluid (3 years) Check coolant level and freeze protection level UNDER VEHICLE Change oil and replace filter Inspect for brake pad wear, caliper leaks and disc condition Check tire pressures are set to recommended levels Check tires for damage and tread depth Check adjustment of electric park brake Lubricate wheel centers Inspect for under vehicle fluid leaks Check exhaust system for leaks or damage Check torque of tie rod ends; tighten to 7 Nm Inspect flexible brake hoses Change transfer case gear box oil Change front and rear axle oil Change locking differential oil REMEDIAL WORK If fault lamps are illuminated, use IDS to find the faults and report ROAD TEST Select Low range, move vehicle 60 ft. and select High Road test vehicle Record performance of service in Passport To Service
    • Front brakes: 8MIL Rear brakes: 7MIL Tire Tread: 6/32 Battery and alternator: Good Coolant protection level: -60 degrees Belts/hoses: Good Filters/fluids: Was only able to service the front diff at this time. Rear diff and tcase have stripped drain plugs and would need to be replaced at the time of service. Wipers/lights: Good Other: Noticed cowl is warped, but currently no water leak is present. Will monitor. Faults stored in vehicle relating to EAS compressor, but no fault on dash and operation is normal at this time. Will monitor. Rear diff and tcase have stripped drain plugs. Would need to replace to service.
    • SERVICE REAR DIFF AND TCASE FLUIDS WILL NEW DRAIN PLUGS
    • Replaced failed compressor.
    • Performed A/C service. Recovered, evacuated and recharged system. Added refrigerant to system. Rechecked after service

    • Rough running or feeling of misfire is due to exhaust system being clogged with too much soot, causing low flow.

    • Front brakes: 6MIL Rear brakes: 2MIL Tire Tread: 8/32 Battery and alternator: Passing load and capacity tests Coolant protection level: -60degrees Belts/hoses: Good Filters/fluids: Good Wipers/lights: Good Other: See above.
    • Found soot level in particulate filter to be above recommended amount. Performed SCR regeneration to remove soot build up. Cleared faults and test drove vehicle. Faults did not return at this time. Soot build up was at 16.6 grams and should be below 6. Brought soot level down to 2.8grams.

    • Found left side shock actuator to be popped off mounting stud and is slightly damaged as a result. Technician was able to reinstall shock and rechecked operation. Tailgate now functioning. If shock pops out again, will need to replace tailgate shocks.
