Persistent stored fault present in BCM for seat height motor sensor. Recalibrated as well and fault did not return. Battery is testing well. EAS pump is very noisy, indicating failure soon. Recommend replacing.
    • Vehicle overdue for oil change. Steering wheel is slightly to the left when driving, would need to perform alignment to correct.
    • See above.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. • Pulled vehicle faults. Tested battery and altenator. Cleaned cables and performed vehicle hard reset. Test drove vehicle and vehicle started acting up: four way flashers came on, radio and nav unit went out, door locks cycled. Programmed current BCM in vehicle, but did not resolve issue. Pulled BCM/fuse box to look for any corrosion. No water ingress. Will need to replace BCM and recheck system. Vehicle might need new IPAC (instrument cluster) but will recheck after BCM replacement.
    • Replaced and BCM is now communicating. Successfully programmed new BCM and VIN configuration. Vehicle is still not starting due to loss of communication with immobilizer. Instrument pack is not powering up, pixels are missing on display and display is scrambled. Would need to replace IPAC to move forward.
    • Replaced IPAC. Programmed and synced with BCM. Cleared all faults and test drove vehicle. All systems communicating and configured and operating.
    • Front brakes: 6 mil Rear brakes: 6 mil Tires: 6/32 and 7/32 No water leaks in vehicle. Coolant level is good: -58 degree Battery and alternator passed load test (charged battery after repairs) Low coolant indicator is showing fault. No coolant leaks in vehicle. Failed sensor in expansion tank. Lower control arms are starting to wear and are noisy.
