Diagnosed and found pipe oring has failed. Replaced coolant pipe oring and cleaned area. Test drove vehicle and rechecked. There is still a little coolant below oring. Will need to get vehicle back into shop to replace outlet pipe. Suspect manufacture failure the way the metal pipe is sitting and wasn't caught on original installation. Will replace under warranty.
Replaced outlet pipes with updated parts and associated gaskets and hoses. Test drove vehicle and rechecked system.

Found front lower forward control arm bushings cracked, as well as left side front lower rearward control arm.

While rear brake pads have plenty of life, the rotors are even and warped, causing the pulsation. Would need to replace rear brake components to rectify.
Front lower forward control arm bushings are loose and making a clunking noise. Front lower rearward control arm bushings are starting to crack. Other suspension components – chassis, steering, driveline – looks good. Front tires are showing some uneven wear on inside edge, possibly due to control arm wear. Adjusted PSI, may need alignment if doing control arms.
