Found left side shock actuator to be popped off mounting stud and is slightly damaged as a result. Technician was able to reinstall shock and rechecked operation. Tailgate now functioning. If shock pops out again, will need to replace tailgate shocks.

Wipers/lights: Good Other: Brake pads look a little dirty. May cause some minor squeaking, but pads and rotors are safe.

Belts/hoses: Good Filters/fluids: Air filters dirty. Fluids good. Wipers/lights: Good Other: Lubricated rubber stoppers in tailgate, but can still hear some clunking. Tailgate is in alignment, operation of struts is good, but can hear noise coming from left side. Will order and replace under warranty. Rear anti sway bar bushings are making some noise. Will monitor. Recommendations: Service brake fluid. Replace air filters.

Replaced the water pump and refilled coolant. Pressure tested after repairs. System passed pressure test at this time. Test drove vehicle after repairs.
Replaced outlet pipe and associated hoses. Replaced intake gaskets at time of repairs.
Replaced coolant soaked belts.

Change brake fluid (every 3 years) Check coolant level and freeze protection level ____ Change engine coolant (10 years) Replace air cleaner element UNDER VEHICLE Change engine oil and replace filter Inspect brake pads, calipers and discs Check tire pressures, condition and tread depth Check adjustment of electric parking brake Lubricate wheel centers Inspect for under vehicle fluid leaks Check exhaust system for leaks and damage Remove debris from dynamic repsonse valve block and chassis Inspect condition and operation of suspension and steering components, boots and driveshafts Check torque of tie rod ends. Tighten to 76 Nm Inspect brake lines, fuel ines, PAS hoses and unions. Inspect electrical harnesses for correct routing and damage REMEDIAL WORK If fault lamps are illuminated, find faults and report. ROAD TEST Select LOW range, move vehicle 60 ft and select HIGH Road test vehicle Record performance of service in passport to service.
WIPERS – REPLACED
Front brakes: 7MIL Rear brakes: 6MIL Tire Tread: 5-6/32 Battery and alternator: Battery is weak and failing a load test. Alternator ok at this time. Coolant protection level: -60 degrees Belts/hoses: Good Filters/fluids: Replaced filters and serviced rear diff. All other fluids look good. Wipers/lights: Replaced streaking front wipers. Other: Minor fluid leak at left rear CV boot. Will monitor at this time.
Replaced bad battery and reset monitoring system.

(engine overheating has come on x3, and customer states she has continued to drive it. Thermostat gauge spikes, customer turns on A/C then thermostat settles down) Found radiator and rear crossover pipe leaking. Would need to replace to rectify.
Removed radiator and replaced. Bled system and added coolant. Performed pressure test. Radiator is holding but found minor leak at radiator hose. Replaced and rechecked.
Replaced leaking pipe.
