Inspect hood latch & fuel flap ENGINE COMPARTMENT Check attery condition, fill electrolyte, clean terminals Inspect serpentine drive belts Check and top-up brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid Change brake fluid (3 years) Check coolant level and freeze protection level Change engine coolant (10 years) Replace spark plugs (at 90k miles) UNDER VEHICLE Change oil and replace filter Inspect for brake pad wear, caliper leaks and disc condition Check tire pressures, condition and tread depth Inspect for under vehicle fluid leaks Check adjustment of electric parking brake Lubricate wheel centers Check exhaust system for leaks and damage Inspect flexible brake hoses (6 years) Change automatic transmisison fluid and filter (10 years) Change front and rear axle oil (10 years) Inspect condition and operation of suspension and steering components, boots, ball joints and drive shafts. Inspect steering ball joints for wear, damaged dust covers Check torque of tie rod ends; tighten to 76 Nm Inspect brake, fuel lines, PAS hoses and unions Inspect electrical harnesses for correct routing and damage Remove debris from dynamic response valve block and chassis REMEDIAL WORK If fault lamps are illuminated, use IDS to find the faults and report ROAD TEST Select Low range, move vehicle 60 ft. and select High Road test vehicle Record performance of service in Passport To Service
