- Found transmission head shield rattling. Removed due to redundancy and noise went away. Skid plate still in place and secured.
- VEHICLE INTERIOR Reset the Service Interval Indicator. Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn. Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems. Check blades. Replace pollen filter. Check security of seats and seat belts. VEHICLE EXTERIOR Anti-corrosion check. Inspect and lube door checks. Inspect hood & fuel latch. ENGINE COMPARTMENT Inspect serpentine belt Inspect oil cooler and remove debris (Supercharged) Check and top off brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid. Change brake fluid (every 3 years) Check coolant level and freeze protection level ____ Change engine coolant (10 years) Replace air cleaner element UNDER VEHICLE Change engine oil and replace filter Inspect brake pads, calipers and discs Check tire pressures, condition and tread depth Check adjustment of electric parking brake Lubricate wheel centers Inspect for under vehicle fluid leaks Check exhaust system for leaks and damage Remove debris from dynamic repsonse valve block and chassis Inspect condition and operation of suspension and steering components, boots and driveshafts Check torque of tie rod ends. Tighten to 76 Nm Inspect brake lines, fuel ines, PAS hoses and unions. Inspect electrical harnesses for correct routing and damage REMEDIAL WORK If fault lamps are illuminated, find faults and report. ROAD TEST Select LOW range, move vehicle 60 ft and select HIGH Road test vehicle Record performance of service in passport to service.
- WIPERS – REPLACED
- Front brakes: 7MIL Rear brakes: 6MIL Tire Tread: 5-6/32 Battery and alternator: Battery is weak and failing a load test. Alternator ok at this time. Coolant protection level: -60 degrees Belts/hoses: Good Filters/fluids: Replaced filters and serviced rear diff. All other fluids look good. Wipers/lights: Replaced streaking front wipers. Other: Minor fluid leak at left rear CV boot. Will monitor at this time.
- Replaced bad battery and reset monitoring system.
