- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front brakes __9MIL__ approx. remaining Rear brakes __3MIL__ approx. remaining Tire Tread Depth: LF: 7/32 RF: 7/32 RR: 7/32 LR: 7/32 Adjusted tire pressure.
- Replaced main battery. Reset battery monitoring system.
- Replaced air and pollen filters
- Battery and alternator passed load test after battery replaced Belts and hoses in good condition No coolant leaks detected Coolant protection level good: -50 degrees All lights operating normal Wipers functioning good Suspension components are good. There is some clunking noise from lower control arms
- Replaced lower control arms, link arms and bushings.
- Replaced inner and outer tie rod ends.
- Performed wheel alignment. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked tire pressure and condition. Checked riding height and alignment of all four wheels. Adjusted caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Centered steering wheel. Road tested vehicle.
- Replaced rear brake pads, rotors and sensor. Cleaned and lubricated brake components. Test drove vehicle to bed in new brakes.
