- Transfer case leaking fluid. Recommend replacing transfer case. Front and rear ACE stability bushings are worn and causing grinding/clunking noise. Vehicle needs an alignment. Fuel tank tray is corroded and unsafe to drive. ACE fluid is dirty. Recommend servicing. Cowl is leaking and allowing water inside cabin. Brake fluid is dirty.
- ACE bar bushings are worn and need replaced.
- Replaced front and rear stability bar bushings.
- Fuel tank tray is corroded and flaking off. Replaced fuel tank tray.
- Performed service on ACE fluid.
- Replaced warped cowl.
- Replaced sensor.
- Performed brake fluid flush.
- Performed wheel alignment. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked tire pressure and condition. Checked riding height and alignment of all four wheels. Adjusted caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Centered steering wheel. Road tested vehicle.
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection.
