- Battery is passing load test and has the correct amount of cold cranking amps. Alternator output also good at 14.4 volts. Pull fault codes and found none stored in the vehicle. It is normal if the vehicle is sitting without usage for an extended period of time for this to happen because the dial requires a certain amount of voltage to operate and if the vehicle has sat for awhile without getting a charge, this process could take time. Recommend monitoring for now, if problem persists, would start with replacing car quest battery with an interstate battery.
