Diagnosed and found water pump is leaking coolant. Will need to replace. Customer added green coolant to system, which ran through system and contaminated system. Will need to flush system multiple times to clean before adding fresh coolant.
Water pump bearings have failed and water pump is about to break loose.
Lower control arms are worn and very rusty. Tie rods are worn. Front tires are showing uneven wear on the inside. Recommend replacing front suspension components.
Replaced the water pump. Pressure tested after repairs. System passed pressure test at this time. Test drove vehicle after repairs.
Replaced coolant soaked belts.
Flushed out system several times with water and then added correct coolant to system.

Battery is passing load test and has the correct amount of cold cranking amps. Alternator output also good at 14.4 volts. Pull fault codes and found none stored in the vehicle. It is normal if the vehicle is sitting without usage for an extended period of time for this to happen because the dial requires a certain amount of voltage to operate and if the vehicle has sat for awhile without getting a charge, this process could take time. Recommend monitoring for now, if problem persists, would start with replacing car quest battery with an interstate battery.
