    • PREVIOUS NOTES: Fault for EAS compressor: Invalid data received from ride level control module. Cleared fault. Checked connections, relays. Will monitor. Will need to replace EAS compressor when fault continues to appear more frequently. Interior vale is block and failing. Confirmed compressor needs to be replaced to rectify.
    • Right front tie rod end is noise and noisy. Would need to replace and perform an alignment to correct.
    • Replaced EAS compressor, and rechecked suspension. Fault did not return and system is operating normally.
    • Replaced outer tie rod end. and performed alignment. Test drove vehicle after repair and cannot hear rattling noise at this time.
    • Performed wheel alignment. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked tire pressure and condition. Checked riding height and alignment of all four wheels. Adjusted caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Centered steering wheel. Road tested vehicle.

    • Timing chain noise level: 4/10 Can monitor at this stage.
    • Driver seat is squeaky in the frame.
    • Replaced dome light bulb, light is now functional.

    • Customer would like system disabled and light permanently off if possible. System cannot be disabled, and customer does not want the system functioning. Did not replace secondary battery at this time.
    • VEHICLE INTERIOR Reset the service interval indicator Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems; inspect blades Replace the pollen filter Check condition and security of seats and seat belts VEHICLE EXTERIOR Lubricate top edge door seals Check tire pressures condition and tread depth ENGINE COMPARTMENT Check battery condition, fill electrolyte, clean terminals Check and top-up: brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid Inspect drive belts Replace drive belt Replace engine oil and replace filter Replace pollen filter Replace air filter Replace brake fluid (Every 3 years) UNDER VEHICLE Check for fluid leaks Check adjustment of electric park brake Check condition/operation of suspension and steering components, boots and drive axles Check brake, fuel lines, PAS hoses and unions for correct routing and damage Lubricate wheel centers Inspect for brake pad wear, caliper leaks and disc condition Replace transfer case fluid (Every 5 years/75,000 miles) Replace locking differential fluid (Every 5 years/75,000 miles) Replace front and non-locking differential fluid (Every 10 years) Replace fuel filter (Every 10 years) REMEDIAL WORK If fault lamps illuminated, check for faults and report ROAD TEST Select Low range, move vehicle 60 ft. and select High range Road test vehicle Record performance of service in Passport To Service
    • Front brakes: 6MIL Rear brakes: 6MIL Tire tread: 8/32 Coolant protection level: -60 degrees Battery and alternator: passed load and capacity tests Air and pollen filter look good at this time, removed charge from service. Supercharger coupler: 5/10 noise level Adjusted tire pressure. Right front door does not lock. Would need to replace actuator.
