    • Test drove vehicle and inflated lumbar to full inflation. At end of test drive, attempted to reinflate and it was still at full capacity. No faults stored in system for seats. Unable to duplicate at this time
    • VEHICLE INTERIOR Reset the service interval indicator Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems Check wiper blades Check condition and security of seats and seat belts VEHICLE EXTERIOR Check tire pressures condition and tread depth ENGINE COMPARTMENT Check battery condition, fill electrolyte, clean terminals Check and top-up: brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid Check engine coolant level and freeze protection level Inspect drive belt(s) Replace engine oil and replace filter Replace pollen filter Replace brake fluid (every 3 years) UNDER VEHICLE Check for fluid leaks Check condition/operation of supsension and steering components, boots, and drive axles Check brake, fuel lines, PAS hoses and unions for correct routing and damage Inspect for brake pad wear, caliper leaks and disc condition Replace automatic transmission fluid * (Every 10 years) Replace fuel filter * (Ever 10 years) Replace front and non-locking rear differential fluid * (Every 10 years) Replace flexible brake hoses * (Every 6 years) REMEDIAL WORK/SERVICE Check for open Service Campaigns/Recalls If fault lamps are illuminated, use diagnostic equipment to find faults and report. ROAD TEST Select Low range, move vehicle 60 ft. and select High Road test vehicle Record performance of service in Passport To Service

    • Steering rack is still leaking at input, but slowly. Fluid in reservoir is full at this time. Will continue to monitor.
    • Tested all wiring from the transfer case ecu to the transfer case accuator. Tested the wiring from the transmission ecu to the transfer case ecu all checked out good. Further testing found the transfer case shift motor is failing. Replaced transfer case shift motor. Reprogrammed vehicle and test drove.
    • Very small leak on left side of valve cover gasket. Cleaned area and will monitor.

    • Test drove vehicle. No unusual clicking noises detected. Put vehicle on lift to inspect. Checked entire suspension and steering on lift and no loose or worn components. Rear strut boot is torn open, but not causing any drivability or noises. Retorqued lugnuts. Some rattling from front belly pan bolts, which were tightened. NOTE: Low Coolant warning from failed sensor in expansion tank.
