P0420-00: Catalyst system efficiency below threshold (Bank 1) Oxygen sensor is functioning at this time and fault cleared. Will monitor. P0441-00: Evap emission system incorrect purge flow. Purge valve might be failing. Right now purge valve is operating. If fault continues to appear, recommend replacing. Cleared fault and fault did not return on test drive.
Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Diagnosed and found all four height sensors are out of range. Adjusted height sensors with diagnostic equipment. Manually operated ride height sensors to get sensors back in range. Rear height sensors adjusted through the valves. Front height sensors not responding . Checked front crossover valve. Connection is clean and good. Will need to replace front valve block and recheck system. Replaced front valve block. Test drove vehicle and tested operation.

Transfer case leaking fluid. Recommend replacing transfer case. Front and rear ACE stability bushings are worn and causing grinding/clunking noise. Vehicle needs an alignment. Fuel tank tray is corroded and unsafe to drive. ACE fluid is dirty. Recommend servicing. Cowl is leaking and allowing water inside cabin. Brake fluid is dirty.
ACE bar bushings are worn and need replaced.
Replaced front and rear stability bar bushings.
Fuel tank tray is corroded and flaking off. Replaced fuel tank tray.

Performed wheel alignment. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked tire pressure and condition. Checked riding height and alignment of all four wheels. Adjusted caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Centered steering wheel. Road tested vehicle.

Gas smell is coming from the top of the fuel tank area. Dropped fuel tank to inspect. Found fuel filter assembly cracked. Replaced fuel filter assembly and oring.
Flushed system. NOTE: Rear caliper bleeders are rusting on the inside. System is holding. If system leaks fluid, will need to replace rear calipers.
