    • Diagnosed and found faults associated with charging system. Checked battery and alternator. Alternator failing and throwing some voltage faults.
    • Resealed front cover and replaced valve cover gasket. Replaced drive belt. Cleaned area.
    • Replaced alternator. Cleared faults and test drove vehicle.
    • Fault stored: P0054-00: Heated oxygen sensor bank 1, sensor 2. Cleared fault at this time. P0105-00: Manifold Absolute Pressure. Cleared fault at this time.

    • System working normal after charging system replaced and charged.
    • Confirmed alternator is bad and not passing a capacity test. Battery also failed load test. Would need to replace both components to rectify.
    • Replaced failed alternator and battery. Battery was covered under warranty. Rechecked system after replacement.
    • Found brake vacuum pump seal leaking. Replaced seal and cleaned area.

    • Vehicle running lean on bank 1 and bank 2. P2189-00: SYSTEM TOO LEAN AT IDLE BANK 2 P2187-00:: SYSTEM TOO LEAN AT IDLE BANK 1 Found PCV valve is failing and leaking, causing vehicle to have a vacuum leak.
    • Installed diaphragm. Cleared fault code. Test drove vehicle and rechecked.
    • Customer requested shop inspect for any oil leak occurring in engine bay. Inspected and no leak detected.

    • *NOTE: CUSTOMER RETURNING AND PICKING UP THURSDAY 2/29/24
    • Control arms are very clunky and loose. Worn control arms can cause handling issues and uneven treadwear. Recommend replacing.
    • No stored faults for height sensors/valve block/eas compressor/struts. Low voltage faults present and battery very low on charge. When battery has low voltage, modules can have trouble communicating and cause erroneous faults. Charged battery. Battery is passing load test at this time and no faults appeared during test drive. Will continue to monitor.
    • Technician believes issue is also related to low voltage. No stored faults regarding shifter. Mechanism is operating normally.
    • Door latch is faulty. Would need to replace to rectify.
    • Resecure trim piece.
    • Completed. Also replaced two key batteries.
    • Replaced battery and reset monitoring system.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front brakes __8MIL__ approx. remaining Rear brakes __8MIL__ approx. remaining Tire Tread Depth: LF: 12/32 RF: 12/32 RR: 12/32 LR: 12/32 Adjusted tire pressure.
    • Replaced lower control arms, link arms and bushings.
    • Replaced inner and outer tie rod ends.
    • Performed wheel alignment. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked tire pressure and condition. Checked riding height and alignment of all four wheels. Adjusted caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Centered steering wheel. Road tested vehicle.
    • Replaced and rechecked.
    • Replaced hood switch due to alarm triggers.
