    • Found ignition cylinder is clogged up with graphite dry lube. Cleaned out all graphite and lubricated with ignition triflow. Key in ignition operates smoothly now. *NOTE: Customer stated key was hard to release from ignition. This has been rectified.
    • Front brakes: 6 mil Rear brakes: 7 mil Brake components are operating normal. No hot spots on the front brakes and rotors look good. Brake pads could be made out of a different material that creates a lot of dust.
    • Did not have time to diagnose. Will need to reschedule.

    • Confirmed that radiator is leaking at that location, but also the water pump and outlet pipes. Would need to replace all components to rectify.
    • Completed.
    • Successfully reset rear windows with manual calibration.
    • Wheels currently at 19". Biggs has never disabled the TPMS on an LR4, but our systems programming says it is compatible to do so. Cannot guarantee it will work. If TPMS will not disable, customer would either need to replace all sensors and calibrate, or deal with dash fault being present.
    • Replaced leaking radiator and service AC.
    • Performed A/C service. Recovered, evacuated and recharged system. Added refrigerant to system. Rechecked after service
    • Replaced the water pump and associated hoses and seals.
    • Replaced failed outlet pipe with cooling hoses and intake gaskets. Test drove vehicle after replacement. Rechecked system.
    • Replaced belts at time of replacing water pump.

    • Inspected brake pads, rotors, and sensor. All components look good and are functioning properly. Cleaned slide pins, applied BG stop squeal and lubricated components. Reassembled and performed test drive. Brakes are no longer squeaking.
    • Alarm triggers are present for hood switch. Recommend replacing faulty switch to rectify.
    • Completed.
    • Replaced faulty hood switch and vehicle is no longer triggering alarms when locked.
