Technician could only spot one small drip from center front belly pan at thsi time. Customer said fluid had stopped leaking for the last two days. Inspected engine and engine bay, but do not see any active leaking or any signs of leakage at this time. performed pressure test, still no leaks detected. Coolant level looks good, will continue to monitor. Also looked over transmission, and power steering fluid.

Suspension fault states when cornering. Checked fluid level in ACE reservoir and low. Added fluid. Recommend going to dealer for an ACE system bleed. Dealer has tools for system bleed.

Took vehicle for test drive and duplicated complaint. Noise continued to progress towards end of test drive. Put vehicle on lift to inspect. Found right front lug nuts are all loose. Tightened and torqued down on all four wheels. Test drove vehicle and now noise is gone.

Bushings in front lower rearward and forward control arms are cracked. Control arms are loose and noisy. Recommend replacing.
Replaced lower forward and rearward control arms. Performed alignment and test drove vehicle after repairs.
Found broken hose going from right headlight washer nozzle to reservoir. Recommend replacing, would need to remove bumper and right front wheel well liner to access. Replaced hose and re secured bumper and wheel well liner.
Performed wheel alignment. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked tire pressure and condition. Checked riding height and alignment of all four wheels. Adjusted caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Centered steering wheel. Road tested vehicle.

Replaced rear brake pads, rotors, sensor, and calipers. Cleaned and lubricated all brake components. Test drove vehicle to bed in brakes and topped off brake fluid.
