    • Installed new transmission bracket. Test drove and no longer making metallic rattling.
    • Was not able to duplicate a squeak at this time. Did hear some clunking from lower control arms over bumps at slower speeds, but no noise from the steering area. Customer to monitor
    • Code in system for fuel regulator. Not a hard fault, so cleared codes and will monitor.

    • Was able to duplicate issue with headrest. Looks like the button was damaged and headrest will need replacement
    • Verified door handle seems to stick after usage. Lubricated to help it close. Should this issue persist, it will need replacement

    • Replaced front and rear wipers.
    • Coolant was slightly low. Topped off and performed pressure test. No leaks found at this time

    • Diagnosed and found crankshaft pulley separating internally. Waterpump is seeping. Will need to replace crankshaft pulley and water pump.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front brakes _5 MIL__ approx. remaining Rear brakes _5 MIL__ approx. remaining Tire Tread Depth: LF: 12/32 RF: 12/32 RR: 12/32 LR: 12/32
    • Replaced water pump and crankshaft pulley. Bled system.
    • Right front wheel hub bearing and right front tie rod ends have play and are loose. Replaced right front wheel hub assembly and right front inner and outer tie rod ends.
    • Performed wheel alignment. Checked all suspension and steering parts for wear. Checked tire pressure and condition. Checked riding height and alignment of all four wheels. Adjusted caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Centered steering wheel. Road tested vehicle.
    • Seal up front is leaking. Replaced seal, cleaned area.
    • Brakes have not been replaced for 80k miles. Brakes are extremely rusty. Recommend replacing in the future.

    • Found left rear caliper piston is locked up and right rear caliper piston is very sticky/hard to move. Recommend new rear calipers to rectify
    • Replaced rear calipers, brake pads, rotors and sensor wire. Performed brake fluid flush. Test drove to bed in brakes.
