VEHICLE INTERIOR Reset the Service Interval Indicator. Check operation of all lights, warning indicators and horn. Check operation of front/rear wiper washer systems. Check blades. Replace pollen filter. Check security of seats and seat belts. VEHICLE EXTERIOR Anti-corrosion check. Inspect and lube door checks. Inspect hood & fuel latch. ENGINE COMPARTMENT Inspect serpentine belt Inspect oil cooler and remove debris (Supercharged) Check and top off brake, PAS and windshield washer fluid. Change brake fluid (every 3 years) Check coolant level and freeze protection level ____ Change engine coolant (10 years) Replace air cleaner element UNDER VEHICLE Change engine oil and replace filter Inspect brake pads, calipers and discs Check tire pressures, condition and tread depth Check adjustment of electric parking brake Lubricate wheel centers Inspect for under vehicle fluid leaks Check exhaust system for leaks and damage Remove debris from dynamic repsonse valve block and chassis Inspect condition and operation of suspension and steering components, boots and driveshafts Check torque of tie rod ends. Tighten to 76 Nm Inspect brake lines, fuel ines, PAS hoses and unions. Inspect electrical harnesses for correct routing and damage REMEDIAL WORK If fault lamps are illuminated, find faults and report. ROAD TEST Select LOW range, move vehicle 60 ft and select HIGH Road test vehicle Record performance of service in passport to service.
Front brakes: 7MIL Rear brakes: 2MIL Recommend replacing rear brakes soon. Tire tread: 4-5/32. Recommend customer replace tires. Battery: Testing well Alternator: Testing well Suspension components: Hubs and control arms all look good. Fluids/filters: Replaced dirty filters. Brake service is usually done at this mileage, but brake fluid is full and clean. Did not service at this time. Differentials look full and clean. Tcase fluid is low and dark. Recommend servicing. Belts/hoses: Good Wipers/lights: Recommend replacing streaking wipers. Lights all good. Other: Tightened loose tie rod nut. Cleaned and lubricated wheel centers, hand torqued lug nuts at recommend spec. Found a rubber grommet lauing in the belly pan. Refitted grommet. Inspected all seatbelts, cleaned and lubricated check straps and latches on all doors. Road test went well.

Found water pump and outlet pipes leaking. Will need to replace and recheck.
Replaced the water pump and refilled coolant. Pressure tested after repairs. System passed pressure test at this time. Test drove vehicle after repairs. In order to rectify modified bolt hole from water pump to engine blocked, installed custom time sert into stripped out area. 4mm oversized to M10 x 1.50 thread x M6 x 1.00 thread. Pressure is holding after repairs and test drive.

CEL present. Fault P24A4-97 stored for particulate filter restriction. Cleared and will monitor. If CEL and fault returns, will need to perform forced regen to reduce soot level.
Found soot level in particulate filter to be above recommended amount. Performed SCR regeneration to remove soot build up. Cleared faults and test drove vehicle. Faults did not return at this time. 16g-2.19g. If fault returns for particulate filter, will need to replace.
