    • Brake fluid dirty. Performed service.
    • Front brakes: 5 MIL Rear brakes: 8 MIL Tire Tread: 3 mil in front; 8 mil in rear Battery and alternator: low on charge; charged battery and passed load test Coolant protection level: Good Right rear tire has debris in tire. Tire is not leaking, but recommend having tire repaired.
    • Drilled out old license plate bracket due to stripped screw. Installed new license plate bracket and new customer supplied license plate cover.

    • Rotors are very rusty – particularly the fronts. Brake pads are getting low and all are glazed. Recommend replacing front and rear brakes. Can also feel a slight pulsation when braking.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.     • Vehicle is leaning to the right. First time bring the vehicle into the shop, no vehicle raising or lowering fault appeared. Warning went away after new drive cycle. Faults present relating to possible strut and compressor or valve block: C1A240-64 PRESSURE INCREASE TOO SLOW WHEN FILLING RESERVOIR C1131-92 AIR SUPPLY

    • No obvious concern mechanically, but low voltage faults are present and battery is failing a load test. Recommend replacing battery to start and recheck.
    • Pads are glazed and dirty. Pads are wearing very slowly based off history. Will continue to monitor, but recommend replacing to prevent damage, efficiency problems, squeaking and burning smell.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check all exterior lights. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Perform basic safety inspection. Front brakes __6MIL__ approx. remaining Rear brakes __5MIL__ approx. remaining Tire Tread Depth: LF: 9/32 RF: 9/32 RR: 8/32 LR: 9/32 Adjusted tire pressure.
    • Left lower anti molding trap is peeling off. Secured and will monitor. If seal comes up again, will need to replace component.
    • Replaced battery and reset monitoring system. Tailgate seems to be operating normally now.

    • C1130-7A fault present for air spring air supply leak or failure. Confirmed leak is present in front right strut. Would need to replace and recheck to rectify. Front left height sensor is also faulting out due to it being out of range when the suspension falls.
    • Replaced and rechecked. No secondary leaks present at this time.
    • Voltage faults present. Battery is failing a load test and will need to be replaced soon. Front tires are wearing unevenly and right tire is bald on the outside.

    • Front brakes: 8MIL Rear brakes: 7MIL Tire Tread: 6/32 Battery and alternator: Good Coolant protection level: -60 degrees Belts/hoses: Good Filters/fluids: Was only able to service the front diff at this time. Rear diff and tcase have stripped drain plugs and would need to be replaced at the time of service. Wipers/lights: Good Other: Noticed cowl is warped, but currently no water leak is present. Will monitor. Faults stored in vehicle relating to EAS compressor, but no fault on dash and operation is normal at this time. Will monitor. Rear diff and tcase have stripped drain plugs. Would need to replace to service.
    • SERVICE REAR DIFF AND TCASE FLUIDS WILL NEW DRAIN PLUGS
    • Replaced failed compressor.
    • Performed A/C service. Recovered, evacuated and recharged system. Added refrigerant to system. Rechecked after service

    • Found soot level in particulate filter to be above recommended amount. Performed SCR regeneration to remove soot build up. Cleared faults and test drove vehicle. Faults did not return at this time. Soot build up was at 16.6 grams and should be below 6. Brought soot level down to 2.8grams.
